Welcome to LUEVE. By accessing our website, using our services, or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

• All LUEVE jewelry is made to order and personalized based on the client’s preferences
• Due to the bespoke nature of our work, orders are non-refundable once production begins.
• We provide 3D digital previews and consultation before production. Once approved, the production can began.

• Full payment or deposit is required before production starts.
• We accept payment through bank transfer or other methods as informed during consultation.
• Payment confirmations must be sent within 24 hours to secure your order slot.

• Production time typically ranges from 3 to 4 weeks, depending on design complexity and availability of gemstones.
• We will provide estimated delivery dates, but delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., shipping issues, sourcing delays) may occur.
• All products are shipped with tracking. LUEVE is not liable for courier delays or mishandling.

• We provide lifetime complimentary services including cleaning, polishing, and resizing (two times, terms apply).
• Warranty excludes damage due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
• GIA certificates are only provided for diamonds up to 0.20ct.
